I had the pleasure of working with Ben for summer of 2023 at CRCC Asia. Of all the staff I’ve worked with, Ben is among the most passionate and proactive. While working on buddy program together, Ben proved to be self-giving, friendly, and agile. He was a listener and a leader, who could manage the program effectively. Overall, I am proud to say that Ben brings value to any of institution he is involved in.

Not only is Ben a detail-oriented worker, he approaches every project with a contagious enthusiasm that motivates the entire team. One of the most commendable aspects of Ben's work ethic is his proactive nature. Ben actively seeks out new challenges and finds innovative solutions to problems, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results. An example can be seen through his involvement on one of CRCC Asia Seoul's biggest events, the Youth Speak Forum, in collaboration with AISEC Korea. Though he had no obligation to organize the event, he proactively volunteered to conduct several administrative and organizational tasks to make the event possible.

Ben is an outstanding intern that I've had a chance to work with during his 3-month internship. He led a new project to enhance the on-the-ground experiences of our international interns, and successfully achieved the project's goals before the internship ended. Ben's biggest strengths are his ability to execute a new idea and always work on improvements. He's highly reflective, multitasking and can leverage his divers skills in marketing, communication, project planning & organization to run a project successfully. He's confident and worked well across our global teams. I'd highly recommend Ben for any organization if they're looking for a young, passionate and talented professional who could help exploring new ideas or business.
